freshman year is...over?

Y O U   G U Y S.
how is it that I'm already done with Freshman year?? I honestly couldn't tell you where this school year has gone...but I couldn't be more grateful for my experience up at USU. This has been a rollercoaster of a year, but we definitely ended on a high note. Before I get too emotional and start blubbering about my roommates, new friends, and classes...I'm gonna shut myself up with some pictures. {and by "some" I mean waaay too many. sorry.}

some of my favorite memories of this year:
the first of the year. which felt a little like EFY, but hey. there was free food. everywhere.
then came FOOTBALL...
and I let strangers throw me in the air.
[please excuse my lack of a shirt...]

my personal favorite... BASKETBALL SEASON BABAY

I fell in love. with all of them.

and of course it wasn't basketball without a sweaty Big Blue coming to attack you each game.

there was that time we went to MARDI GRAS

 and danced our hearts out on the front row

we also left our sanity on the dance floor and held a giant snake.
"his tongue is out. his tongue is out!!!"

my first encounter with Buffalo Wild Wings
*two thumbs up*

then there was my creepy hobby of hanging out in the cemetery...

it was BEAUTIFUL there, okay??

hiking the Wind Caves was a common occurrence.
{embarrassing note: these two pictures were taken 7 months apart...sporting the same outfit in both.
 I guess I'm particular about my Wind Cave get up?}

I learned that there is apparently nothing to do in Logan besides burn stuff.
FIRE #1
FIRE #2

FIRE #3

FIRE #4
and I will forever smell like smoke now.

The last two weeks of school were a whirlwind of fun.

the END OF YEAR BASH.
---He is We, The Ready Set, and Parachute---
Will from Parachute crowd surfed ON TOP of my head.
We were constantly eating something good. and laughing our heads off.
occasionally exploring the canyon for a nice "finals break"
and still keeping up on our weekly temple trips until the very last day.

Utah State has been way too good to me. School went GREAT. I made so many wonderful friends. I couldn't have asked for better roommates. and as cheesy as it sounds...I learned so much about the world and about myself. I truly had the best Freshman year.

Peace out USU. See you in the fall.
